and photographs — tools and gifts to accompany them on their long
journey ahead.
The two graduate students and two advisers are returning to Bolivia
to check in on some old friends in Azacilo, an Aymaran village of 200
with little to no access to clean water or sanitation. At least that’s

If you happened to miss the October general meeting of Engineers Without Borders, here are a few things you missed:
- On October 3rd several EWBer's will be doing a Habitat for Humanity build in Kansas City.
- The Internation Day for the Eradication of Poverty is October 17th and EWB will be doing a 30 hour famine
- On Halloween we will be participating in Trick of Treat so Others Can Eat
- Regional Workshop is October 23rd-25th
- We will be doing the ESC Cheap Lunch November 12th
- We will be starting Dine to Donate at Chili's
We also had Ricky Teed of Bartlett & West come and talk to us about his experiences abroad and how they have shaped his life and career. A special Thanks to Ricky for taking time out of his life to come share with us.

Engineers Without Borders was recently featured in the Kansas & Beyond section of KU Giving, a magizine put out by the KU Endowment.
"This past June, members of KU Engineers Without Borders traveled to Azacilo, Bolivia, for the group's first international engineering project.
