EWB will be traveling to Bolivia at the end of July. Application can be found here.
Several EWB members will be traveling to Guatemala over spring break for a sanitation survey.
Over spring break EWB is sponsoring a trip to New Orleans, Louisiana. Everyone is welcome to apply. Click here for the application.
March 18-21 is the International EWB Conference in Denver Colorado. If interested, contact any of the officers.

February General Meeting
EWB will hold its February general meeting on February 4th, in 1136 Learned. Please note the change in room from the normal Eaton 2.
There will be a short presentation from the Rotary and Rotaract, and we will be talking about all the upcoming events.

Bolivia's Glaciers Melt
EWB-KU's Vice President, JP Bornholdt, recently found an interesting video about Bolivia's Chacaltaya glacier.
The Chacaltaya glacier was once home to the world's highest ski resort and was a critical source of water for the region. In 2009 the glacier ceased to exist.
A benefit for Haiti, sponsored by a range of local businesses, will take place at 8:00 pm, Sunday January 31st, at Liberty Hall. Admission is $10. There will be food, drinks, and live music, as well as a silent auction.
All proceeds are going to Partners in Health, an aid organization that has a long history on the ground in Haiti. They have confirmed that a remarkable 96% of funds received will go directly to health care for the Haitian people.
